(More customer reviews)The adapter works fine. 20+ mb/s down and 3 mb/s up. Wireless networks are tricky and can be unstable for various reasons. Best to uninstall anything previous and then install the device. I would bet the negative reviews are not really tech savvy. Took away one star because the driver install software indicates not properly installed on Win 7 32 Home Prem when in fact if you just jump out and test it it is installed fine.
